Trudy Jo Kuon, 66, of Belleville, IL, passed away at 2:23 p.m. Friday, May 24, 2024, at Belleville Memorial Hospital.
She was born Nov. 5, 1957, in St. Louis, MO to the late Truman Sylvester and Maryella Mae (Denery) Dalton.
She and Charles Patrick Kuon were married June 18, 1998, in Edwardsville and he survives.
Trudy had worked at the Radio Grill at Walmart and also for the Granite City Bowling Alley. She had been a member of the Rainbow Girls, White Shrine, Eastern Star and Job Starters.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by 2 sons: William Kohlenberger of Union, MO., and Paul Kohlenberger of Villa Ridge, MO; a daughter: Shelly Grimes; and 9 grandchildren: Skylar, Mariah, Benjamin, Joshua, Ellamae, Owenn, Arionna, Theodore and Harper.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until time of services at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
