Scovell, age 82, of Alton, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2015, at his home.Visitation will be held Thursday, December 3, 2015, from 9:00 am until the time of Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Alton with Fr.
