Scott Gaskill

Scott Michael Gaskill, 59, of O’Fallon, IL, born October 30, 1965, in Streator, IL, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, IL.

Scott graduated from Bradley University in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He went on to complete his master’s degree in mechanical engineering in 1991 from Washington University. Scott later worked as an engineer at Boeing and Nascote Industries. He was a DIYer and was always able to fix anything. He enjoyed golfing, boating, waterskiing, hiking, and climbing. Above all else, Scott loved spending time with his family.

He was preceded by his mother, Sandra J. nee Rexroth, Gaskill.

Surviving are his two children, Logan Gaskill and Landon Gaskill; his father and stepmother, Jerry C. and Sharon Gaskill a brother, Brian (Jane) Gaskill; two loving nieces, Kari (Derek) Micheau and Celenda “Nikki” (Austin) Quandt; many aunts and cousins; and a dear friend, Cindy Schuhardt.
