Patrick Michael Webster, 36, formerly of Carlinville, passed away unexpectedly, on Friday, April 10, 2026, while in Maryland.
He was born on August 9, 1989, in Jerseyville, Illinois, the son of Stephen Webster and Julie (Taylor) Webster.
Patrick was a machine operator for a scrap yard in Wisconsin. He graduated high school in Carlinville, Illinois with the class of 07. Patrick was a self taught guitar player that enjoyed playing music for his family, friends, and his son Mason. Mason always held a special place in his heart. Anyone who knows him probably shares a song that he will always be remembered by.
He is survived by his parents, Stephen Webster of, and Julie Webster both of Carlinville; son Mason Webster and his mother Ashley Samuell of Wisconsin; sister Crystal Webster of Jacksonville; brother Chris Taylor of New Mexico; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends.
A Celebration of Patrick’s Life will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm on Monday, May 11, 2026, at Anderson Family Funeral Home in Brighton.
A private family burial will be held at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Medora at a later date.
