Patricia S. Holtgrave, nee Weber, 74, of Mascoutah, IL, born Tuesday, April 10, 1951, in E. St. Louis, IL, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.
Patricia retired as a Teleservice Representative for the Social Security Administration and was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Fairview Heights IL.
She was preceded in death by her:

She enjoyed being outside working in yard, doing her crossword and sodoku puzzles and binge watching Lifetime.
She had a smile that lit up a room, huge personality and was always the first one willing to help. She will be greatly missed by anyone that was lucky enough to have her in their lives.
