Michele R. Owens, 52, passed away at 7:23pm on Saturday, February 11, 2012, at her residence. She was born on December 11, 1959, in East St. Louis, Illinois the daughter of the late William T. and Marie (Nunnly) Bomar. Survivors include one daughter: Valarie Nappier of Houston, Texas, Justin Nappier of Spring, Texas, two sisters: Alberta Taylor of Savannah, Georgia, Laura Charboneau of Collinsville, Illinois, one brother and sister in law: John M. and Frankie Bomar of Valdesta, Georgia, and a half sister: Edna Lee Hunter of Columbia, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: William T. Bomar, Phillip Bomar, and three sisters: Cheryl Lynn Bomar, Sandra Lou Warner, and Rhonda Marie Wilburn.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
