Smith, Jr., 64 departed this life Friday, February 13, 2015 at 5:40 p.m. at Alton Memorial Hospital with his family by his side.  Visitation will convene Saturday, February 21 from 10 until 11:00 a.m. at Harrison Funeral Chapel.
