Mary Madeline Baker, 87, of Brighton, passed away at 8:36 p.m., on Friday, September 6, 2024, at Robings Manor in Brighton.
She was born on August 27, 1937, in Shreveport, LA, the daughter of Alta Simons and Raymond Harold.
Mary married Larry Baker on November 30, 1957, in Caddo, LA. He preceded her in death on June 3, 2008.
She was a school bus driver for Lakota School District in West Chester, OH.
Mary is survived by three daughters, Becky (Dan) Hoke of Brighton, Ellen (Jim) Huber of The Villages, FL, and Pauline (Rick) Hale of Atlanta, GA; three sons, Larry Jr. (Joann) Baker of Harold, CA, Vernett (Barbara) Baker of Delhi, and Chris Baker of Hamilton, Ohio; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alta and Raymond; Husband, Larry; Brother Raymond Harold: son in law Michael Hobbs.
Services will be private with a burial at Brighton Cemetery.
