Lucille Coleman Young, 91, passed away at 12:05pm on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at Elmwood Nursing and Rehab. She was born on July 21, 1924, in Herculanuem, Missouri, the daughter of the late Henry and Effie Coleman. She married Everett Young and he preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters and a son in law: Janet and Thomas Tippett of Caseyville, Illinois, Marlene Lewis of Hamilton, Montana, one son: David Keen of Texas, nine grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
She loved to sew and cook.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.
In accordance with her wishes, she gifted her body to Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri.
