Kirk Thomas Rhea, 90, died at 10:22 p.m. on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at Evercare of Jerseyville.
He was born August 29, 1934 in Forsyth, Montana the son of the late Von Cecil and Edna (Morrison) Rhea.
Kirk served in the National Guard and graduated from Montana State University in 1958. He retired in 2000 from Conagra where he worked as a quality control manager.
On October 15, 1961 in Arcadia, Iowa, he marred Audrey Dierenfeld, and she survives. Also surviving are one son, Lee Kirk Rhea of Ada, OK, four grandchildren, Michael, Jeffrey, Autum and Dakota and one brother, Kenneth Rhea.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter, Cynthia Lynn Werner and one brother, Donald Rhea.
A Memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025 at Resurrection Lutheran Church in Godfrey, IL. Reverend Jan Worms will officiate.
