Kelly Foster

Kelly D.A. Foster, 46, of Rosewood Heights, IL passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024 at her home.

She was born on March 15, 1978 in Alton, IL to Fred C. and Dorothy (Overton) Foster.

The loving daughter was a hospice nurse who found her calling helping hospice patients.  Kelly enjoyed music, especially songs by Tina Turner and Stevie Nicks.  One of Kelly’s attributes was her laugh, which was unforgettable.

Kelly is survived by her mother and her special friend, Josh.

Besides her father, Kelly is preceded in death by her grandparents, Wilma and Dale Overton.
