Julie Renee Taylor, 52, died at 4:00 a.m. Monday, December 16, 2024 at OSF St. Anthony’s Healthcare Center.
Born May 16, 1972 in Des Moines, Iowa, she was the daughter of William G. Reynolds of North Carolina and Peggy L. (Abel) Campbell of Alton.
She married Thomas “Tom” Taylor on November 19, 2010 in Edwardsville.He survives.
Along with her parents and husband, she is survived by a daughter, Maci Renee Reynolds of Nashville, TN, and three sons, Michael V. Laird of Durham, North Carolina, Cody M. Taylor of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Gavin D. Taylor of Alton.
Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, December 22, 2024 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton where a memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, December 23, 2024.Father Steven Janoski will officiate.
Memorials may be made to 5A’s Animal Shelter. There will be a luncheon following the memorial service at the Alton Moose Lodge.
