Julia Cuvar

Julia Christine Cuvar, 27, passed away Mon. Jan. 12, 2026 in Granite City, IL.

She was born Sept. 29, 1998 in Granite City to Wendy Cuvar of Palmyra, IL and Richard Cooper of Granite City.

In addition to her mother and father, Julia is survived by a daughter, Laylah, a brother, Jeremy Elliott, and paternal grandparents, Rich and Debbie Cooper.

Julia was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Stanley and Kathy Cuvar.

The family will hold a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Sat. Jan. 17, 2026 at Hope Community Church, 70 Carlinville Plaza, Carlinville, IL.
