Judith D. Mortland, 78, of Alton, passed away on November 24, 2023 at home.
She was born on September 28, 1945, the daughter of the late J.D. and Kathleen (Casey) Hester.
Judith graduated from Alton High School and was a member of the Boomer Club of 1964.
She married William F. Mortland and he preceded her in death .
Judith is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, William D. Mortland of Alton, and Brad and Donna Mortland of Godfrey; two grandchildren, William B. Mortland and a daughter, Alyssa Mortland; two great-grandsons, J.T. Mortland and Jayce Skjerseth.
In addition to her husband and parents, she also preceded in death by a brother, Gary Hester.
Cremation rites will accorded
Private Inurnment will be at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
