Joshua Thomas Miller, 51, of Fosterburg, passed away Monday, June 15, 2026 at his residence.
He was born on December 7, 1974 in Alton to Thomas and Lauren (McAfoos) Miller. He was an airplane mechanic at WestStar Aviation in Bethalto.
He is survived by his son and daughters, Wade (Sadye) Miller, Madeleine "Maddy" Miller and Lanee Miller; three grandchildren, Bowen, Henry and Della, his father, Thomas Miller and a sister, Jessica Leigh (Curtis) Grasle; nieces and nephews, Sydney, Wyatt, Trevor, Maverick and Daxton. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lauren (McAfoos) Miller and a brother, Benjamin Miller.
Visitation will be from 10 to 1 pm, Friday, June 19, 2026 at Gent Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm, Friday, June 19, 2026 at the funeral home, with Rev. George Vanvoorhis officiating. Burial will be in Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey.
