John N. Roberson, 69, of Glen Carbon, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
He was born December 7, 1947, in Granite City, Illinois, son of the late Vernon and Mary (Woychik) Roberson.
On July 5, 1969, John married Marilyn L. Johns at St. Kevin’s in Wood River. She survives.
For over 30 years, John owned and operated MCM Dental Crafts. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Bethalto and enjoyed working in his yard and garden, his dog, Lexie, and spending time with his family and friends, especially his brother, Jim.
In addition to his wife, survivors include two children, Chad Roberson of Edwardsville, Mark Roberson of Edwardsville; and one brother and his wife, James and Linda Roberson of Jefferson City, Missouri.
Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at Zion Lutheran Church in Bethalto with Pastor Mark Hofferber officiating.
