Meeks, Jr., 61 departed this life Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 3:22 a.m. at Saint Anthony's Health Center of Alton.  Celebration of life service will convene Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Wesley Chapel A.M.E.
