Guy Devening, 74, of Fieldon died at 3:10 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2018 from injuries sustained in a farming accident.Surviving are:His wife:         Helen Devening of FieldonSon:                 Ted Devening of FieldonDaughter:       Crystal Plunkett of Fieldon5 Grandchildren         3 Great Grandchildren3 Sisters;             Marie Jackson of Rockbridge                            Katherine Wessel of Rockbridge                            Pearl Snyders of BatchtownVisitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville, where funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday.Burial will be in the Gunterman Cemetery in Fieldon.Memorials may be given to the Gunterman Cemetery, Fieldon United Church of Christ or to the Fieldon Volunteer Fire Department.
