Gina Gail Marquis, 64, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at her home.
She was born on October 9, 1961, in Alton, Illinois, to Thomas and Norma Marquis.
Gina attended the Paul Mitchell School, where she became a hairstylist. She loved capturing memories on video and had a gift for preserving special moments for the people she cared about most.
Gina is survived by her three sons: Koi (Kassi) Marquis of Washington, Travis Marquis of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Chad Burley of Jerseyville, Illinois; as well as her long-term partner, John Duncan, of Alton. She was the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and the great-grandmother of baby Paiton. She is also survived by her sisters, Michelle (Brad) Marquis and Marsea Marquis.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will honor her life privately and carry her memory with them always.
