Edward Schmidt

Edward J. Schmidt, Jr, 71, of Livingston, IL, died in Wood River, IL on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at 7:04 pm.  He was born January 10, 1951, in Belleville, IL to the late Edward J. Schmidt & Jacqueline Lillian Knight.  He was a maintenance manager for Hebenstreit Apartments.  He was a veteran of the US Air Force after having served in Vietnam.  He is survived by his special friend, China Marie Kovar, and his family.  A potluck will be held on November 1, 2022, from 11 am - 2 pm at Benld Civic Center.  Anyone wishing to send an online condolence may do so at www.kravanyafuneral.com.
