Donna McFarland

Donna J. McFarland, 77, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at her residence.  

Born September 26, 1946, in Milan IN, the daughter of Everett and Emma ( Thomas ) Westmeyer.

A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by two daughters, Karen ( Phillip ) Morse of Alton, April Coody of Edwardsville; five grandchildren, Dylan Morse, Miranda Porter, Emily Morse, Morgan Coody, Nora Coody; a great-grandchild, Cora Porter; a brother, John Westmeyer in Florida; and two sisters, Sharon Levell in Indiana, and Rose Sowka in Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Shawn McFarland; and brother, Larry Westmeyer.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation rites were performed.

Marks Mortuary in Wood River in charge of arrangements.
