Cindi Ann McDonald, nee Neace, 72, of Belleville, IL, born Sunday, January 3, 1954, in East St. Louis, IL, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Coulterville Rehab Health Center in Coulterville, IL.
Cindi was a devoted conservative leader, community advocate, and loving grandmother whose life was defined by service, faith, and family. She was a proud member of the Republican Party of Illinois and the Republican Women of St. Clair County, where she was known for her dedication, tireless work ethic, and unwavering belief in her principles.
Cindi worked closely with Congressman Mike Bost and Senator Darren Bailey, contributing her time, energy, and insight to causes she believed deeply in. She also played an active role in both of President Donald J. Trump’s campaigns, supporting efforts she felt would strengthen the nation and reflect her values. Her commitment to civic engagement and politics left a lasting impact on those who worked alongside her.
A woman of faith, Cindi was a member of Victory Family Church in Belleville, Illinois. Her faith was an important part of her life and guided the way she served others, supported her community, and loved her family.
Above all else, Cindi was a proud and devoted grandmother. Her grandchildren were the joy of her life, and she loved them more than anything. She cherished every moment spent with them. Her family was her heart, and her love for them was evident in everything she did.

- Son: Todd Vogt of St. Louis, MO

- Everleigh Misselhorn.
- Brother: Michael (Cheryl) Neace of Godfrey, IL
- Sister: Nancy (David) Juengling of Columbia, IL
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the Cindi McDonald family in c/o Laci Misselhorn to assist with end of life expenses.
Visitation: Visitation from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 6, 2026, at Kurrus Funeral Home in Belleville, IL.
Services: A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 6, 2026 at Kurrus, with Pastor John Petrie officiating.
