Cheryl Ann Kincade, 62, died at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2026 at St. Louis University Hospital.
Born November 14, 1963 in Colorado Springs, CO, she was the daughter of Alice Louise (Wells) Kincade of Alton and the late David Ebert Kincade.
Cheryl was a kindergarten teacher for Christian Academy of Greater St. Louis and was a member of the Greater Alton Church of Christ.
Along with her mother she is survived by two brothers, David Kincade (Laura) of Orlando, FL and Jason Kincade (Karen) of Alton, one sister, Karen Smith (Paul) of Iowa. She loved spending time with her nephews, Zachery, Aaron, Daniel, Nicolas and Ian. Also surviving are three nieces, Isabella, Claire and Michelle, two great nieces, Orena and Lyra and a great nephew, David.
She was preceded in death by her father and a great nephew, Robert.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 noon Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Memorials may be made to Autism Speaks.
