Charles Patrick Bohn, age 66, passed away at 7:47 pm Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Alton Memorial Hospital.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 pm, Friday February 7, 2014 at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Alton. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 am Saturday, February 8, 2014 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Alton.
Inurnment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Godfrey.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Frensenius Southwestern Illinois Dialysis or BJC Hospice at Alton Memorial Hospital.
