Brent Lawrence Teets, 52, passed away Monday, April 22, 2013 at home.
Born June 13, 1960 in Elgin, Ill., he was a son of Carl and Mary E. (Jackson) Teets.
Brent had worked as a customer care associate for Wal-Mart in Wood River.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Edna Teets of Bethalto; a son, Brent Adam (Jessica) Teets of Wilsonville; a granddaughter, Faith A. Teets; a sister-in-law, Stephanie Teets of Alton; and 3 nephews, a niece, and a great nephew, who all loved him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Kevin Teets and his twin brother Bradley Teets.
A memorial visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Apr. 27 at Paynic Home for Funerals in Rosewood Heights.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
