Brad Frey

Brad Allen Frey, age 55 of Breese, IL, died Sunday, July 6, 2025, in Highland, IL.

He was born on Friday, May 8, 1970, in Highland, IL, the son of Gerald and Dolores (nee Zobrist) Frey.

Brad was born in Highland in 1970. The family moved to Kentucky in 1982, Brad graduated from Warren Central High School in Bowling Green, KY. After graduation, Brad moved back to the Highland area to live and maintain his grandfather's property.

Brad was an active competing soccer player for many years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and doing anything outdoors. Brad worked in the field with Project Managers for Korte-Luitjohan Contactors starting in 1998. He was a dedicated employee and member of the Laborers Local # 397.

He was a friend to all and never met a stranger, whether it was work related or in the community. He was always willing to help people out with any task asked of him. Brad enjoyed playing bocce ball and soccer; loved attending the St. Louis Rams (until they left St. Louis), Blues Hockey, and the St. Louis Cardinal teams.
