Betty J. Johnson, 85, passed away at 1:35 am Tuesday November 13, 2012 at St. Anthony’s Health Center in Alton.
She was born on June 12, 1927 in Pennsylvania.
She married William “Bill” Johnson in California. He preceded her in death.
Betty was an Administrative Secretary for Emerson Electric Co.
She is survived by one daughter, Valerie (John) Dublo of Bethalto, one grandson Chris (Angie) Turpin of Bethalto, three great grandchildren Tony, Carter and Emmaly Turpin.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Private memorial services will be held at Elias Kallal and Schaaf Funeral in Alton, with the Rev David Crowley officiating.
