Barbara Chadwick

Barbara Diane Chadwick, 80, of Edwardsville, IL, passed away at 9:47 a.m. Fri. July 31, 2026 at her home while under hospice care.

She was born Dec. 1, 1945 in Granite City, IL to the late Wilbur R. and Lena Mae (Douglas) Chadwick.

Diane retired as an LPN from Eden Village.

She is survived by her husband: Paul Edgar Lewellyn; a grandson: Ean Cassity; and a sister: Joyce (Randy) Chadwick-Andrews.
