Angela Turcott

Angela Lanell Turcott, 62, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 1:50 a.m. on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at Anderson Hospital in Maryville.

She was born August 11, 1963, in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, a daughter of Carolyn (Page) Roach of Granite City and the late Darwin Roach. She worked as a secretary with Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She loved animals and enjoyed volunteering with Partners for Pets and a road trip on the motorcycle. Angela will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.

In addition to her beloved mother, she is survived by a son, Erik Turcott; a sister, Lori (Scott) Ferrara; a brother, Tad Roach, all of Granite City; a niece, Allyson Ferrara; three nephews, Jared McCord, Alexander Nuell and Carter Roach; other extended family and friends. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a niece, Lyvia Roach.

In celebration of her life, visitation will be at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025, with Reverend Jerry Darden officiating.

Burial will follow at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon.
