Southwest winds increase to around 14 mph, with gusts up to 32 mph, so it will be one of those days where loose papers and lightweight patio items may want a backup plan. Tuesday evening stays pleasant, with a few passing clouds and temperatures easing back through the 70s. Winds remain out of the west-southwest near 10 mph, then slowly relax later in the evening.
Overnight, the sky turns mainly clear and the air cools to a low near 56. It will be quiet and dry, with only a slight 5 percent chance of rain and lighter winds than earlier in the day.
Tree pollen is very high today, with grass and mold both low, so allergy-sensitive folks may want to keep that in mind before heading out for long stretches.
Wednesday brings another warm day, with a high near 79 and a low around 55. Expect mostly sunny skies, light west-southwest winds and dry weather through the day and into the night.
