MARYVILLE, IL. — The future looks very bright for Maryville Christian School boys' basketball. The seventh-grade boys' basketball team recently completed an undefeated 20-0 season.

The team’s flawless record reflects a season that Maryville School officials said was marked by “heart, discipline, and teamwork."

The school administrators made this statement: "Coaches Brandon Favre and Josh Evans were recognized for their leadership and commitment not only to athletic development but also to fostering character in their players.

“What a season! Huge congratulations to our seventh-grade boys basketball team on an undefeated 20–0 season!” the school officials continued. “These boys played with heart, discipline, and teamwork all year long, and it showed every time they stepped on the court.

"Again, a special thank you to Coaches Brandon Favre and Josh Evans for their leadership, dedication, and commitment to developing not just great athletes, but great young men.”

Maryville Christian School expressed pride in the team’s accomplishments and optimism about the future of its boys' basketball program.
