Marquette maintained the lead throughout the contest, holding a 13-10 advantage after the first quarter.
The team extended its lead to 30-17 by halftime.
Both teams kept scoring relatively low in the third quarter, with Marquette outscoring Jersey 7-4 to take a 41-27 lead into the final period. In the fourth quarter, Marquette added 13 points while Jersey scored 11, finalizing the score at 50-32.
Chase Jones led Marquette with 13 points, followed by Cameron Golike with 9 points.
Marquette will face Freeburg in the game for ninth place, while Jersey will compete against Southwestern for 11th place.
