LOUIS COUNTY - The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has issued charges against Sam Thang, 38, of the 4600 block of Hamburg Avenue in St. Louis, accusing him of statutory sodomy or attempted statutory sodomy and two counts of child molestation involving a victim who was under 14, authorities said. Thang is being held on a $250,000, cash-only, no 10% bond. Thang is being investigated for similar crimes in Jefferson County, according to the prosecutor’s office. Investigators believe there may be additional victims.
