For their accomplishments, Glass LoBue is a College Prep Station Student of the Month for O’Fallon Township High School.
LoBue, a senior, has been a part of the school’s cross country team since their freshman year. They received the Joe Martin Award of Leadership as part of the cross country team. They also joined Key Club and French Club early on in their tenure at the school.
LoBue was recently inducted into the National Honor Society, which requires high grades and many hours of community service. They volunteer as their church’s youth representative, attending bimonthly church council meetings. Outside of their academics and extracurriculars, LoBue is an active member of their church’s Bible study and youth group.
They are also a member of HOSA, an organization for future health professionals, and attend the Medical Explorers meeting at St. Elizabeth’s twice a semester. They enjoy crafting, scrapbooking, coloring and running, and they maintain the Instagram account @lexie.loves.scratches to keep their older siblings updated on the family dog’s activities.
LoBoe has big plans for after high school, and their loved ones and teachers will be cheering them on.
“I'm planning on attending Auburn University and am majoring in Drugs and Pharmaceutical Sciences,” they shared.
