ROXANA - Roxana girls volleyball defeated Cahokia in straight sets Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, at a site not provided, winning 25-12, 25-20 as Peyton Cincoski led Roxana with five kills and nine points.

Roxana, now 2-3, also got three kills and six points from Heidi Coffman. Addison Boyer added two kills, five digs and three points, while Hope Stewart-Sperry and Kylah Brown each had one kill.
Mia Skinner finished with 12 assists and five points for Roxana.
Sophia Powers led the team defensively with nine digs, followed by Cincoski and Boyer with five each, Brown with four, Skinner with three, and Stewart-Sperry and Kaylee Hoffman with two apiece.
Roxana returns to action at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, when it travels to Raymond-Lincolnwood. Roxana will host Father McGivney Catholic at 7 p.m. Sept. 7 and rival East Alton-Wood River on Sept. 10.
