WOOD RIVER — Freshman Adam Robinson of Jersey shot a 72 on Monday, Aug. 17, 2026, at Belk Park in Wood River to capture the individual title at the Hickory Stick Invitational Golf Tournament.

Robinson finished one stroke ahead of Brayden Kerns of Father McGivney and Myles Bertoletti of Roxana, who each carded a 73. Owen Fuller of Hillsboro and last year’s winner, Will Stevens IV of Roxana, followed with 75s.

Red Bud won the team championship with a combined score of 310. Father McGivney placed second at 317, followed by Jersey at 322, Red Bud 2 at 339, and Carlyle at 345.

Metro East Lutheran posted a 346, and Staunton finished with a 347. Marquette shot a 350, followed by Vandalia at 351, Litchfield at 352, Hillsboro at 358, CM at 359, Granite City at 366 and Southwestern at 469.

Preston Menossi of Metro East Lutheran and Sam Sink of Father McGivney tied for eighth with 78s. Hubert Allen led Marquette and placed 17th with an 82.

Granite City was led by Mason Uhercik, who shot an 84 and tied for 22nd. Oliver Franz led Maryville Christian with an 84. Logan Roberson led CM with an 85 and placed 27th.
