Showers and storms remain around into the afternoon as the temperature climbs to a high near 80, with south-southeast winds around 10 mph and gusts up to 27 mph. Rain chances stay high through the day, near 90 percent, and a few storms could bring flash flooding, hail and localized damaging wind gusts. It will feel like the middle 80s at the warmest part of the afternoon. By Friday evening, more thunderstorms are expected before activity gradually starts to ease later at night. Overnight stays mostly cloudy and humid, with a low near 69 and rain chances still running high.
Friday’s allergy index looks low overall. Mold, grass, ragweed and tree pollen are all in the low range.

Saturday brings a cooler setup, but it will still be unsettled. Look for a high near 73 and a low around 67 with mostly cloudy skies, scattered showers and a few thunderstorms. It will be breezy at times, especially during the day, with a northwest wind helping trim the heat but not fully drying things out.
Sunday looks like the better day of the weekend. Expect a high near 76 and a low around 64 with a mix of sun and clouds, breezy conditions and only a small chance of rain. Mold is the main allergen to watch Sunday, reaching a moderate level while ragweed stays low.
