Debbie Frakes with the Upper Alton Association noted that the June 30 concert featuring The NGK Band has been rescheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026. From 6–8 p.m. on July 14, community members can enjoy the band’s blend of blues, soul and pop.

The Ivas John Band will play as scheduled on July 7, weather permitting.

The No. 4 Combo Band, which was supposed to play on June 9, was also rescheduled due to excessive heat. The No. 4 Combo Band will instead play on Friday, July 10, 2026.

Frakes hopes these makeup concerts will still allow people to come out and enjoy the music. It’s important to Frakes and the team at the Upper Alton Association to provide events like this for community members to connect.
