le\, where he served as a key leader in marketing\, sales\, consumer r
esearch\,operations\, and overall organizational Development. After Ne
stle Purina\, he served for seven years as the Executive Pastor at Cal
vary Church in St. Peters\, Missouri where leadership was the hallmark
of his work.\n\n \n\nWhile serving as the St. Louis Metro Director of
the FCA\, he also previously served as the &ldquo\;leadership and cha
racter coach&rdquo\; for the St. Louis Cardinals\, St. Louis Blues\, a
nd Kansas City Royals. He also served as the Team Chaplain for the St.
Louis Rams for 10 years and helped the team with the transition from 
St. Louis to Los Angeles.\n\n \n\nMike will bring a message about lead
