, August 11th at 5:30 p.m. at The Wedge\, located at 620 E. Broadway. 
We will be moving the event upstairs to the 4th Floor in Classroom 402
to help with acoustics.\n\nThe public is invited to learn the latest 
news regarding developments in Alton&rsquo\;s historic downtown distri
ct\, including updates from new & existing businesses\, news on real e
state transactions\, and details of upcoming events and projects.\n\nC
heck back soon for the evening&rsquo\;s featured speakers!\n\nWhat's U
p Downtown is a casual forum that is free and open to the public. Atte
ndees will be brought up to date by Alton Main Street\, City officials
\, and other stakeholders. After the featured speakers\, the floor is 
opened to anyone who has news to share about what&rsquo\;s happening w
ith their business or organization. Attendees will enjoy complimentary
refreshments as well as networking with other downtown enthusiasts.\n
